The Kiwanis Club of North St. Andrew (KCNSA) has been serving Jamaica since 1974 — empowering communities and changing lives through voluntary service. We are part of Kiwanis International, a global movement of clubs dedicated to “Serving the Children of the World.”
Hurricane Melissa brought devastating winds, floods, and displacement across Jamaica. Families lost homes, schools were damaged, and livelihoods disrupted. The recovery ahead is long—but together, we can rebuild stronger.
KCNSA, alongside Kiwanis clubs across the island, is coordinating immediate relief: distributing food, water, and hygiene kits, repairing schools, and helping families regain stability with transparency and compassion.
For over five decades, KCNSA has transformed communities, empowered youth, and improved lives through consistent, selfless service.
Our history is the foundation for our Hurricane Melissa Relief Effort — helping Jamaica rebuild with heart and integrity.
